CA offers its US employees fitness centers, exercise classes, homeowners insurance, reimbursement of up to $5000 in adoption expenses, $500 bonds for new babies, concierge service, work-life programs, and staffed child development centers.

Each year, CA awards more than $7 million in Together community grants, corporate contributions, and employee-matching gifts to organizations worldwide. CA also shares its software and IT expertise to help nonprofits strengthen IT infrastructures and build organizational capacity.
